William Robinson

William "Billy" Robinson has over 34-years serving as Chairman, CEO, and CFO of several public/private companies. He was founder, Chairman and CEO of CAVU Resources, Inc. (OTC:CAVR), which has had multiple subsidiaries in Oil Technology and founded Proxity-EC, Inc. which provided subscription-based services for government contracting. In 2017, Robinson co-founded R Squared Technologies, Inc., a communications technology recently merged by UAV Corp, Inc., formerly Han Tang Technologies, Inc. (OTC:HTTI). Robinson has an extensive executive level operational background in manufacturing, aerospace, and technology. He led the public company that received the first approval for a commercial drone to fly in US airspace. He has initiated and completed multiple public and private transactions with the sale, merger, funding, and IPO’s. Prior, Robinson held management positions at Paine Webber initiating two IPO’s and served as Vice President of Prudential Securities, Inc. with series 7,6 and 65 license (inactive). Robinson studied Business and Finance at Oklahoma University, Northeastern State University, and Northeastern A&M University.
